Connection and Conversation to Solve Current Challenges
Natural Start is partnering with Samara Early Learning to bring you an afternoon of connection and conversation with fellow nature-based administrators.* This will be a time to reflect, problem-solve, and ask questions rooted in your own experience.
Dr. Rachel Larimore will facilitate as participants identify topics for whole- and small-group discussion, focusing on current challenges in managing nature-based programs. Topics that aren’t addressed in this pre-conference gathering will be the focus of concurrent sessions during the conference. In other words, this is a chance to help customize the program for this year’s conference.
As a pivotal part of the agenda, you will:
- Reflect individually on your needs and challenges as a leader
- Help shape the agenda by suggesting and voting on discussion topics
- Facilitate or participate in sessions led by your peers—sharing real stories, real struggles, and real solutions
The goal of this gathering is for you to find solutions to your pressing challenges, connect with other nature-based administrators, and leave reenergized and more deeply rooted in your purpose as a leader. This is a space where your voice matters, your wisdom is valued, and your growth is supported.
*An administrator is anyone in a decision-making role at a nature-based program. Common titles might include Director, Assistant Director, Coordinator, Assistant Coordinator, etc.
There is no cost to register, but registration is required, and space is limited to 50 participants.
