Welcome Reception & Share Fair
The 2026 Nature-Based Early Learning Conference kicks off on Wednesday evening with a Welcome Reception in the Kimpton Santo San Antonio’s historic courtyard.
Starting at 5 PM, drop in to get your nametag and stick around until 7 PM for light refreshments, a casual atmosphere, and friendly mingling with your fellow conference attendees.
You’ll also have the opportunity to visit with small and local nature- and education-oriented businesses and nonprofits during the Share Fair.
We can’t wait to welcome you to San Antonio!

Do you represent a small or local business or nonprofit? Are you interested in sharing your products and services with nature-based early learning professionals from around the country? The Share Fair could be for you!
We are happy to offer a limited number of tables for local businesses, nonprofits, and authors who want to connect with conference attendees during the Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening, June 24, 2026.
There is no fee to participate; we are glad to offer our support to small and local businesses doing good work. You do not need to be registered for the conference to exhibit at the Share Fair, though we welcome your attendance at the full event!
