San Antonio Group Registration

We are happy to provide a 20% discount to groups of four or more individuals from the same school, organization, company, etc. This discount applies to the cost of registration, and applies to the early bird rate. (This reduces the registration rate from $435 to $348 per person). The discount does not apply to site tours.

Here’s how to register your group:

Step One

Confirm the number of attendees you’d like to register. (If you’re not sure, you can start with a lower number you are sure about, and then add more if needed.) The discount does not apply to site tours. If your group would like to attend site tours, the cost of the site tours can either be paid with the group registration (for a limited time), or individuals can pay for the site tours separately when they register. Email us at [email protected] to start your group registration.

Step Two

Natural Start will provide a summary confirming the number of registrants in your group, the total due, and will provide a link to a payment form. Use the form to pay with a credit card or you can select pay offline and mail a check.

Step Three

Once payment is received, Natural Start will activate a unique discount code that can be used for the number of registrations you have purchased. Distribute this code to your group and when they register for the event, the code will remove the registration fee. (If site tours are not covered by your group but they would like to attend, they can submit payment for the tour at checkout.)

If you find that you need additional discount codes to register additional attendees, reach out to us and we can provide additional codes as needed.
