Jaclyn advises the development and modification of all instructional materials with
Project Learning Tree (PLT). Her work paves the way for new, innovative, and strategic environmental education resources for grades preK-12. Jaclyn advances organizational missions that support nature-based education and outreach. She excels in content and curriculum development for both formal and nonformal audiences. She designs and facilitates professional development events that support measurable outcomes. Her other job skills include workshop moderation, grant writing, case study development, and copyediting. Jaclyn is a visual learner who promotes and creates inclusive education. With nearly 20 years of curriculum development experience, Jaclyn’s work has received esteemed awards such as the Kirkus Star, Academics’ Choice TM , Teachers’ Choice TM , and Independent Publisher Book Awards. Jaclyn holds an MS in Ecological Teaching and Learning from Lesley University in Boston, Massachusetts and a BA in Environmental Studies from Allegheny College in Western Pennsylvania. Jaclyn is a daughter, wife, mother of two girls, and lifelong learner who loves to go hiking and create art whatever her travels take her.
